But every year i seen many new agents joining the trade and falling out after awhile. This also apply to experience agents.
But after sometimes. I realize those that drop out fail to do one important thing….
They fail to go deeper into the industry.
What does it mean? It mean failing to understand their work well. They merely touch the surface.
From the outside. If you fail to go deeper. You will never know what work and what don’t. It’s only by going deeper before you will achieve success. It’s akin for all professions. If you are a GP. You will not make as much as a specialist!
